gigs in leeds

The music scene in Leeds is incredible and this semester I have really been taking advantage of all the gigs that are in the city. My social calendar is brimming with gigs and I couldn't be more excited. I have always loved an Indie/folk/electronic music scene and this is the first city that I have lived in that fulfills all these genres. So I thought I would start writing about all the gigs I go to.

Last night I saw King Charles at Brudenell Social club and it was hands down amazing. If you haven't listened to King Charles before I highly recommend checking him out. He just released a new album and is currently touring the U.K. His support act, Ryan O'Reilly was equally amazing even though he performed while having food poisoning. Overall the gig was chill and incredibly fun and we seriously considered going to London to see him again. Have you guys been to any good gigs recently?

The next gig we are going to is a group called Hinds so keep posted for the next music update!

  1. It's great that you've had the opportunity to attend to various gigs! I really like music but haven't been to a concert in ages! Hopefully that will change soon.

  2. I would love to attend some gigs like that! There's not much in the city I'm from, but a lot of good music in cities nearby. This post makes me want to drive over and have a fun evening!
